The balanced diet, however, is not understood as a woman’s craving to become excessively thin and to starve herself to death all for the sake of the size “S”. A balanced diet presupposes that a woman will become more energetic; the diet boosts the immune system and prevents the susceptibility to illnesses. It makes a woman stronger and healthier; it also keeps that natural balance in the organism, which will lead to weight loss, if excessive weight is present.
First of all, it is rather important that fiber was present in the diet. It is in charge of the slow absorption of glucose therefore controlling the sugar levels in the blood. Fiber intake also helps to prevent overeating as it makes you full quite soon. Women below 50 should get about 25grams of fiber a day and women over 50 – 21 grams.
Another important thing is vitamins. They are vital for a woman’s health and are required to avoid any deficiencies. They can be found in fruits and vegetables in abundance and therefore these products should be consumed daily. It is recommended that a woman consumed about 700 mcg a day of vitamin A, 10- 5 mcg – vitamin D, 15 mg – vitamin E and 75 mg a day of vitamin C. It is particularly essential that pregnant women got enough vitamins.
During the menstrual cycle women lose a lot of blood and iron, consequently. Therefore, it is important that iron was present in the daily allowance of a woman. Otherwise, it can be fraught with anemia and other disorders evoked by iron deficiency.
Osteoporosis is also a frequent condition in women. Therefore, it is recommended to take 1,000 milligrams of calcium daily. If you are a woman in the post-menopausal period, your calcium intake should be even bigger – about 1,500 milligrams. There are a lot of foods rich in calcium such as yogurt, skimmed milk and cheese. Their consumption will make the bones stronger.
Another very important thing is a right regime. It is important to eat healthy foods but it is also important to eat at the right time. Therefore it is recommenced to adhere to a certain schedule and not miss your meals. This is true, that our schedules are very tight and we are always in a hurry. But irregular eating leads to binge eating and consumption of saturated fats, let alone all the junk foods. It is advised that a woman had about 5 small balanced meals a day to be healthy and fit.
Balanced diet allows a woman to be fit and healthy. It also makes her more energetic and lively. A woman does not need to restrict herself in any foods, just be careful with the foods she eats. If you stick to this diet, you will feel the difference very soon.

Some of them do not even deliberate if this or that diet os good and not harmful. Some diets claim that women should restrict themselves on food rather severely. But this is not about a balanced diet. It presupposes the consumption of only beneficial products and giving up on junk foods and silly starving.
The latter is fraught with malnutrition and disorders and your dream image will not be worth it when you make yourself sick with diets.
