Chicken wings


  • 6 T. hot sauce
  • 2 qts. oil
  • chicken wings- 3lbs.
  • Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • a stick butter

Cut the wings at the joints. Sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. Fry till they turn crispy and golden brown. After that you should drain the wings on paper towels.

Mix hot sauce and some melted butter in a bowl, and mix it properly. Put the wings in the mix and coat them.

This dish is best served with celery and bleu cheese.

Cheese and bacon stuffed mushrooms


  • bacon (5-6 slices)
  • cream cheese 8oz
  • 15-20 big mushrooms,
  • fried crisp
  • a small onion

Heat the oven to 350.Take out the mushrooms stems, reserve 4 – 5. Clean the mushrooms properly.

Chop an onion and the reserved mushroom stems.

Fry bacon slices till they become crispy, reserve the grease. Fry the stems with onion in that grease. Then you need to drain the bacon grease and add stems with onions to cream cheese which should be softened. Put the slices of bacon in cheese mix. Put some in every mushroom cap. Then bake the caps for 10-15 minutes, broil to brown. Delicious! This snack is great when reheated the following day!
