Proper nutrition is necessary for
a healthy body. It is important to have proper eating, a nutritionally dense
diet, and proper exercise program for a healthy body and mind. The main
nutrition supply in our body is through the food we eat daily. If you are too
much involved in dieting, then the amount of nutrition absorbed by the body
will be half when compared to normal people. Same thing is happening to
majority of the people who have busy schedules because of their work. These
people are unable to eat the right kind of food at the right time that results
in the lesser nutrition levels. Seven main classes of nutrients are fats,
minerals, fiber, carbohydrates, proteins, water and vitamins. Nutrition is
mainly classified in to two, macronutrients and micronutrients. Macronutrients
consist of carbohydrates, proteins, water, fiber and fats. Macronutrients are
vitamins and minerals.
