Unfortunately, what we do now is to turn away form natural foods. We replace them with fast foods and processed foods, as they are easier to cook and they last longer.

You can see this on the example of an apple. An apple contains just 72 calories, and over 3 grams of fiber. However, 8 fl oz of apple juice contains 120 calories and no fiber at all because it was all removed and deprived of its all valuable qualities. And this is pure and 100% apple juice.

  • Natural foods are good and should be your primary choice. They have all the nutrients and minerals and vitamins necessary for the body. Fruit and vegetables, as well as whole grains should be present in your diet all the time. But not only these foods are healthy but they are able to prevent illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Moreover, natural foods make you slimmer as there is nothing in them that can make you fatter.
  • On the other hand, processed foods are not in the least that nutritious and their ingredients such as sodium, preservatives, sugars, saturated fats and trans fats can do nothing than harm to our health. Due to all these additives these foods are really unhealthy for us and are responsible for weight.

Therefore, you should opt for natural foods as they make you healthier and at the same time you do not gain weight while you eat. Also, workouts are a great assistance if you need to loose weight.
