Fast Diet is an effective short-term diet, the main purpose of which is the rapid weight loss. Keep it in mind that “fast” diet provides an unstable result and there is higher probability of possible negative effects of the diet.
Pre-holiday fast diet
This quick diet is advised to apply before the holiday. For example, if trying on a New Year dress you see that it does not converge at the waist limit your daily ration to 4 apples, 1 lemon, a piece of lean meat and 3 croutons.
If the next day there is no changes, starve another 1 day.
The energy capacity of the extra fast diet is 1300 calories.
Basic rules of this fast diet are the following: drink plenty of easy and mineral water, but the amount of skim milk to your tea or coffee should not exceed 250 ml. Each time try to eat a large portion of salad – prepare it from celery, lettuce, cucumbers, pepper, slices of apples, beans, peppers, corn and tomatoes. From 1 tablespoon yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spices prepare condiment.
In keeping this fast diet, you will not feel hungry, because it contains saturating, coarse-fiber products. If you back away from the diet, you will need to use “penalties”.
Breakfast (alternate proposed options):
• slice of bread with spread the margarine, 1 banana, 1 apple, some grapes;
• 1 boiled egg or a bag “, 1 slice of bread with bran, 1 cup yogurt;
• 2 slices of bread of coarse flour, 1 small banana, 1 teaspoon of honey;
• 2 dry wheat bread, a glass of milk or unsweetened orange juice, 1 apple.
Lunch: Boil 200 g of potatoes in their skins and eat it with one of the following additives:
• a small portion of cole slaw;
• 100 g cheese;
• 50 g chopped lean ham or chicken;
• 2 tablespoons of cooked beans.
Dinner: 1. 100 g of pasta made of wheat flour with one of the following additives:
• 100 grams of shrimp with tomatoes and garlic;
• 50 grams of cooked lean chicken in mushroom sauce with lemon juice;
• 50 g chopped ham, tomatoes and garlic.
2. 200 grams of steamed or grilled any fish (without sauce), 125 g potatoes, boiled in their skins, and a large portion of salad from green vegetables.
Dessert: 1 banana or 2 small apples.
During the day you can pamper yourself:
• large glass of dry wine and a little dry biscuit;
• 1 banana and 1 small pear;
• 2 slices of bread with lettuce and;
• 1 small bar “Mars” or “Snickers”.
• jump rope for ten minutes (100 calories burnt).
• Wipe within 30 minutes of the floors and windows (90 calories).
• Make 20 squats, stretching out your hands to shoulder (50 calories).
