It is hard to realize, but it is possible not to get tired ever, stay active and full of energy all the day, always think positive and keep smiling despite the hard impact of the outer world. More often then not people in general are subjected to different problems and difficulties, home routine, troubles at work, discrepancies with boss, relationship problems, children and in constant flow of this events people loose themselves. They cannot think about anything except ongoing hard lines and pretty often they expect that the future will bring even more disaster in their life. All this sounds fatal, but still there is a way out. It is possible to live and think differently.

All what you need to do to initiate a new healthier life is to focus on three things, that are: healthy and balanced nutrition, healthy sleep and body mind physical training. The first constituent of your success states that first of all you should except from your daily ration harmful fast food, fat products, Coke and chips. Drink more milk, eat Brussels sprouts, fruit and vegetables. Sugar and white salt are not healthy either, so try to intake it less. Alongside with the correct content of your ration there is a proper time of food intake. Breakfast at 7 or 8, lunch at 12 or 1, and dinner must be finished before 8 o’clock.The key is not to eat before going to bed.

In regard to the healthy sleep I should say that it is desirable to go to bed before 12 o’clock, better earlier than 11 o’clock. You should sleep up to 8 hours, it is fairly enough to up fresh and recreate. If you sleep less than 8 hours it means that you get exhausted in the evening and by the end of the week become very nervous, irritable, and sharp. If more, you get really slow, weak and faded.

That last component of the healthier way of life is body mind training program yoga, Pilates or Capoeira. Here you can follow your preferences: either dynamic body exercises or static stretching. Pilates workouts consist of two stages, such as mat work and exercises with Pilates machines. It is better to start from mat work where you will learn about Pilates basic principles and techniques and study fundamental movements. The unquestionable advantage of mat work is that it is adjustable to any fitness level. It will help you to plant yourself more confident and familiar with the Pilates method before shift to more complicated exercises. Capoeira is a Brazilian art that now become a fitness method. It combines fighting arts, stretch exercises and dance.
