Stop Sleep Talking

First of all, the person should get enough sleep. Peaceful sleep helps the body to rejuvenate. Generally people talk in sleep when they are awfully tired and fatigued.

Plan a proper sleeping schedule. Fix a certain time when you go to bed and wake up in the morning. Erratic sleep often causes sleep talking.

Avoid eating heavy meal before going to bed. However, eat well without overeating. It is necessary to relax for several minutes after having a meal and before falling asleep.

When your partner talks in sleep, do not try to stop him/her; this can cause additional damage to the already disturbed partner?s stage of sleep.

Try to reduce stress and anxiety. Think positively.

To stop sleep talking it is advisable to reduce or eliminate nicotine and caffeine intake, and decrease alcohol consumption.

It is known that yoga and meditation are effective sleep inducers as long as they help the mind to relax. Try to stay calm and have enough rest.

To stop sleep talking it is good to go to the gym or take up some sports activities. This will please your senses and tone the body.
