It might sound strange but a person should drink a lot in order not to become dehydrated and also not to get water retention. It is recommended that about 8 glasses of water should be drunk daily in order to allow the organism to function properly.

Among them are kidney failure and heart diseases as well as edema, which can be pretty dangerous. It is recommended to consult a doctor, in case any such problems occur.
