As it was mentioned, the symptoms and the condition itself are not yet fully studied and that is why a person may need to undergo hearing and balance tests as well as blood test and so on.
The condition is a bit unpleasant but there isn’t much to be done about it. Post cruise dizziness passes with time and it can only be alleviated with the help of some medications such as valium or the like. But it is not recommended to create a habit of taking pills. It is better to try jogging and swimming or cycling – any activity will do.
