How to Use Lavender Oil for Your Health

Cold or hot inhalations are prepared with 3 drops of oils. And you can make them not more than 7 minutes.

Contraindications to the Usage of Lavender Oil

Despite the versatility of lavender oil, there are people who have individual intolerance to it. Also it is not recommended to combine application of this oil with taking Iron-containing drugs and medicine which include iodine.

Be careful when choosing a true essential oil of lavender. It must be packed to the 10 ml bottle of dark glass which contains the “100% Essential oil” mark, the producer’s title and the method of production. The seller must have certificates proving the quality of the product.
